How much are sessions?
Session fees vary depending on the type of service provided. We will review rates and payment options during the initial consultation or prior to scheduling your first appointment.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
We kindly ask that clients provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee. Specific policy details will be reviewed during the intake process.
What insurance do you accept?
We accept Aetna, BCBS of TX, Superior Health Plan insurance, with more plans to come. Sliding scale fees and limited reduced-rate slots are available.
Payment Options?
Payment is accepted through our secure therapy portal. Payment plans may be available upon request.
For clients utilizing private pay, individual therapy sessions are $115 per session. Renew Path Counseling also offers a limited sliding scale; please contact us for additional information and availability.
Are you LGBTQ+ affirming?
Yes. Renew Path Counseling is an inclusive and affirming practice. We welcome and support individuals of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and relationship structures.
Do you offer in-person sessions?
At this time, all services are provided via secure telehealth. In-person sessions are not currently offered.
